DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From I-70 take Lee's Summit Road south 4 miles to the 4-way stop at Woods Chapel Road. Turn west (right), go 1/2 mile to SEASONS CARE CENTER on right side of the road.
From I-470 Exit at Douglas St. turn north (left) (Douglas becomes Lee's Summit Road) , go 3 miles to the 4-way stop at Woods Chapel Road. Turn west (left) and go 1/2 mile to SEASONS CARE CENTER on the right.
